I felt safe and comfortable with the service and servicemen. Very kind and respectable. Mostly, they were honest with the work. The first person I called, quoted me for a new furnace which was a far cry than what the actual service required. They were finished within a couple hours. I recommend SuperTec Heating and cooling to everyone!

The fix was a simple one. The service tech explained how I could repair the problem myself by cleaning a sensor. The fix worked. If I need more extensive repairs I will call SuperTec

Came the next morning after a late Sunday contact. Arrived promptly at 8am and was done by 9 with heat again flowing through the house. Courteous and thorough. Made sure furnace was operating at peak efficiency. Will call them next time a furnace issue arises.
