The best service experience of my life! When I first called SuperTec Heating & Cooling, Cham attempted to walk me through a laundry list of checks I could do including a detailed disassembly, fine wool sanding, and reassembly to attempt to repair the furnace myself. When that didn't work, he came to my house that afternoon. The job required him to order a part which he did and then he came back at MY earliest convenience which happened to be first thing in the AM on a Saturday. He repaired my furnace in 25 minutes and even left me some spare new parts that weren't needed at this time. He patiently explained everything he was doing and was extremely professional, pleasant, and efficient. I cannot say enough about the integrity and excellent service provide by Cham and this company. I will definitely call in the future and highly recommend. Thank you!

Chom was the first to respond; he came to the house early the following day; he thought it was a relatively minor problem and replaced a part. After further investigation he determined it was.the compressor. He called the company to find out if he could get a compressor for our very old air conditioner. They had one in stock. He picked it up the following morning and installed it. Couldn't have asked for.better service.

I would definitely recommend SuperTec Heating & Cooling. He was very precise and on the money when I explained over the phone why my A/C was not working. He was right on time as he stated over the phone and his quote was for repairs was right on the money. They are now my heating and cooling tech. I am 100% satisfied. Thank you so much.
