Steven is very professional and explained our roofing options to us. He worked closely with our insurance in getting our wind damaged roof replaced. Steven met with the insurance adjuster when he was at our home. The installation crew did great work and completed our roof in one day. We are very happy with our new roof and the quality of work done by Steven Batty Contracting. We are glad that we chose them to do our roof replacement. We will certainly refer them to our friends and neighbors.

Steven evaluated my roof and gutters. Rather than pressuring me to replace them, he gave me the option of repairing the damage and getting another couple of years out of the roof I have. I really appreciated that he gave me all my options along with the pros and cons of both. A snow storm was on the way, so he sent someone out the next day to get the job done before the snow arrived. Everything was done very professionally and at a reasonable cost . I would definitely recommend!

We had some trees cut down and unfortunately a branch damaged our roof. We contacted Steven and he immediately followed up with us the same afternoon and schedule an appointment. He offered to see us during the holidays and ultimately came and did a fantastic job on the roof quickly and without a lot of stress. I would definitely work with him again!
