OUTSTANDING! Best money I ever spent. Needed new water softener. Called & set appt. Ken showed up promptly and went straight to work. He was efficient, knowledgeable, and personable. Provided explanations at various stages of the install. Nice to see the "good old fashion" work ethic is alive and well. His employer should reward him and do all that's necessary to retain him since the customer service he provides for them sets the "gold standard".

Springsoft International, Inc. replaced a water softener and added a purification system for my home. I was pleasantly surprised by the quick response to the inquiry about their products. I thought that the whole process was ran pretty smoothly from start to finish.

I would highly recommend springsoft if you had any concerns or issues which your water softening system they were very informative helpful and professional Al the sales rep was very helpful in selecting the proper system and Tony the installer was very professional and knowledgeable and explain the whole process to me would definitely highly recommend them

I hired Springsoft to remove my water softener. I was able to get an appointment within a few days. Workmen were very pleasant. They answered any questions I had and were finished within half an hour. Very pleased with the work.
