Very professional sales person assessed the water situation and 2 days later the installer put in the new water softener. The price was exactly what I was quoted over the phone--no trying to add extra items. The installation was easy and quick and he took away the old unit.

Usually companies like this tell you that you need new parts or equipment, not this time. Al was really helpful over the phone and then Tony came out to the house. He was very professional and skilled. No new parts or equipment were needed. His honesty was priceless. I will tell all my friends to use this business.

The team were very good and did not try to sell us something we didn't need, which others were trying to do. Gave us really good advise, and because they were honest in helping us figuring out what we really needed, and their price was one of the best, it was therefore an easy decision.
