Al was a great salesman. Answered my questions, gave good explanation and left a brochure. Ken installed beautifully. Not sure why the water in my brine tank was dirty but Ken explained it might have been the salt? Wish they would've left more than one bag of salt but that was not discussed ahead of time. Just installed yesterday so I can't comment on longer term of product.

I am so very grateful that I hired this company. Their prices are the best! Their work ethic is the best! I had a water softener and reverse osmosis units put in and so far I am very happy with my purchase. The installer was very knowledgeable and did a fantastic job on the install. He even took the time to make everything look aesthetically pleasing. I would recommend them to my friends and family. I am a very happy customer!!

Had three quotes for a new softener installation, and the Springsoft rep impressed me the most. Even better was their cost, nearly 50% lower, and their warranty. Time will tell on the product, but at this point, I'm not losing any sleep thinking I made a bad decision. Since my installation the softener has been very reliable, until recently the auto generation cycle stopped working. I have called a left my phone number with a receptionist for 3 straight days, but have not had any success in talking to anyone.
