They were not the cheapest of the estimates, but the sales person was so completely thorough and took the time to find a drinking fauchet that matched our kitchen fauchet. Installer was very nice and polite and made sure everything worked well before leaving.

Spring soft was the best company to hire “OVERALL” within the Romeoville area. From the initial first contact to the final day of installation yesterday (September 15, 2020). The salesperson (AL) was prompt and provided a professional review of their products. The installers were extremely professional and dedicated to remaining to their area of work and walked me through the water softening process to ensure that I understood what to expect. To be honest, springsoft gave me the best in home presentation and tested my water “for free”. That’s why I choose them and it seems as if the great customer support is a culture of this company. I highly recommend this company without any reservation. Andy and Mark were the technicians that actually installed the products. They were extremely polite and wore their face coverings the entire time!

The sales man was prompt with his appointment and clear in our needs and equipment. He did not try to oversell us. The installation guys were on time and friendly. They cleaned up after themselves. The equipment works perfectly!
