Eric & Keith, who installed my system, did an excellent job. While doing so, they discovered that my ejector pump was not functioning properly, and there was a danger of flooding my basement during regeneration. They set up the softener regeneration cycle completely but I will leave it unplugged until I have the pump repaired or replaced. They were very professional, even transferring salt from old to new system. Al quoted the job beforehand and that is exactly what they charged/I paid. The cost was very reasonable and I would definitely hire them/recommend them for professional quality installation and servicing of any water treatment equipment.

Al, the man who answered my call, took the time to explain my water softener process. He was just great! The servicemen were polite and careful. One was learning, but the other knew the job very well.

I was in need of servicing for an existing water treatment system. Al called the same day and within two hours was at my house to see my existing unit and determine what needed to be done. He was honest and did not try to sell me anything I did not need, a truly honest salesman. I was prepared to spend hundreds of dollars to have my system serviced, but Al tested our water and determined only our R/O system filters needed to be changed, nothing needed for our softener system. Would recommend Springsoft to anyone in need of water treatment servicing, a honest salesman in Al.
