To truly judge quality I need to see if I have leaks when it rains. At my age I cannot get up on the roof to inspect.

The owner Tom did a lot of the work and was always concerned with the quality and advised me about other needs that I was not aware some of which I added to the job and others he advised were to be watched for future action not necessary to be done now.

After initially choosing another contractor, which did not work out, we went with Thomas and consider ourselves fortunate indeed. He was responsive, prompt, fairly priced and a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend.

My question to this guy was...You must not be from around here...Not only did he show up promptly when avaible he saved my hiney when the other guys didnt show and was 2 hours from a major rain storm AWESOME!! Typically i dont review companys... only the BS ones.... when they do the job thier suppose however Shield Contracting gets the perfect 10 star rating. Thier the top of my top 5 Thanks guys

Thomas was most sympathetic to our delima and bent over backwards to help with our roof leak. He did a masterful job and after a downpour of biblical proportions, there wasn't a trace of leakage. Kudos to Shield Contracting. That are tops on our list. He even patched up the ceiling in the kitchen that had leaked previously.
