Juan did a beautiful job of my staircase remodel. His attention to detail is impeccable and he knows his trade expertly. He was very communicative about everything and there was no hidden items that ever came up. He showed up and completed the work exactly when he said and in every detail as discussed. His pricing was extremely reasonable, and fair. I am looking at quotes from him for more flooring work may have as welI. He would be my preference to hire again.

They were professional and efficient. Great product.

They rush to complete a three day job in two days. They got sloppy and cut the entry post wrong. They removed an old railing, sanded down and put it back in reverse. The balusters do not match and they blamed it on the previous installer. They ended up drilling new holes and left the mess for us to fill up the holes ourselves. Many of the balusters they installed are not perpendicular to the floor. They kept on blaming it on us for reusing the rail and caps. Basically, they like to blame their mistakes on anyone else but themselves. According to Juans, it was a job well done. I beg to differ. Do not expect them to do what is right.
