The two guys doing the work did a fairly decent job. I thought the quote was a little high and I was a little hesitate about the amount of the requested deposit. Juan, the young man that comes out for the estimate needs some customer service training. Make sure you get everything in writing, a couple of my walls were damaged and at first he did not want to fix them claiming they do not do sheetrock, but eventually he agreed to have someone come out and do the repairs.

We regret this from a client of ours, but it is normal when walls are cut, that details remain in the demolition process, in each contract it is stated that it does not include drywall repairs, if the owner is not being charged for repairing The drywall, but even so, the company responded for a job not added in the contract, we are sure that we have done a good job, and regarding the down payment that the company asks for, it is necessary, before starting the work, if the client Do not agree, the client has the option of not proceeding with the contract, all companies have different policies, sincerely Santos.

Polite and professional; Had them install wood stairs that were somewhat difficult to get the right color and Santos did a great job in creating the color requested.

They did an amazing job with removing carpet from stairs and installing, staining and matching existing railing stain. They only did the step but, What an amazing workmanship and professionalism. Great energy and just grate job all around. I feel bad for giving you this tip but if you hire them make sure to turn off your AC and fans because the dust will get everywhere. Feel bad for them but we didn't do this and we had to clean every corner of our 5k foot home but we don't regret hiring them at all, the quality is just amazing.
