Andrew was great to deal with. Explained my options on a leaking vent repair that I requested. He also did a roof inspection and discovered several missing/ damaged shingles that i was unaware of. Provided me a fair itemized quote and completed the repairs in a timing fashion. I would recommend without hesitation.

I got a quick response and they completed the work promptly. I needed a dryer vent replaced as well as roof repair. It was a good thing I was there because they would have done the vent work incorrectly if I wasn't there to oversee their work. They ended up doing a good job but I recomend that you be very clear to the workers what needs to be done.

My tenants informed me that their roof was damaged by wind and hail. Since I live out of state, I relied on Andrew to take care of all the details regarding the repair including coordinating the repair with my tenants. He kept me informed through out the entire process including photos of the project. I would highly recommend SWAT.
