Prompt. Took photos of damage so no misunderstanding of repair. Person giving estimate same as doing repair(not contracted to another). Explained damage , cost and repair. Approx. 1 hr. Total repair time, then photos again of repair. GOOD WORK!

Responded same day but waited two weeks to make the repair. His repair job was not very good as the leak was still there and the patch job was not done properly by not removing all of the bad wood and not replacing two levels of wood as removed. Great salesman and owner but sends his workers to fix and they are not the best. Called to complain and he said he was sorry and would re fix it, but after two weeks I do not think so. Will have to hire another roofer to fix his error and sue for money back.

Andrew Dumas and his crew did a wonderful job of completely replacing my shingle roof. He was very detailed and complete in explaining all the details of the work and worked with my insurance adjuster to complete all the details of my roof replacement. I am completely satisfied with the work that they did for me.
