Did an amazing job on several projects - a deck rebuild, roof replacement, new stairs. Punctual, excellent communication, prompt answers to questions, crew was second to none. Will use Rattigan again!

The company, Rattingan & Sons Inc were very professional and they did very good work. They arrived early every day, they worked the whole day, and were able to get us back into our home in 5 working days. My husband and I are in our 60's and they even helped put furniture back into my husband's office. I would highly recommend them for anyone who needs repairs in their home and will be recommend them to anyone I know. I would use them again if I needed work done.

The company, Rattingan & Sons Inc were very professional and they did very good work. They arrived early every day, they worked the whole day, and were able to get us back into our home in 5 working days. My husband and I are in our 60's and they even helped put furniture back into my husband's office. I would highly recommend them for anyone who needs repairs in their home and will be recommend them to anyone I know. I would use them again if I needed work done.

We hired Rattigan and Sons to enclose our porch with speciality screening. As part of the project they needed to add footings as well. They did all the pre-work needed for the screening company to create and install the panels. Everything is wonderful. Jody and her crew were great and came in, did the work with no issues. As an aside we also had them come in and do some tree trimming that needed to be done in our yard.

I have 999 characters for this review which isn’t nearly enough so see attached pictures for more explanations. We hired them to gut and remodel our kitchen/dining area and full bath. The full bath remodel was a complete joke. The shower pan wasn’t leveled which caused water to pool. They fixed that but their “plumber” failed to connect the shower drain which caused our downstairs bathroom to flood 2 months later. They fixed it but it should have never happened. We have seams popping up everywhere in our flooring and they said it was because I “didn’t want subfloor”. They never even quoted me for subfloor! One of their guys “fell asleep” standing up and fell onto a saw! Luckily the saw was covered. Their “electrician” is a liar and a thief and still works for them - see picture for explanation. Would never work with them even if it were free. Their amazing foreman quit shortly after.

Hello to those who may be viewing this review, Please see below 5 star reviews. We take great pride in our work and assisting customers. This is one of those jobs that we just could not please the customer. This job taught us a huge lesson, in allowing customers to join in our project to help them financially cut corners, We absolutely did discuss that our professional opinion was for her to allow us to repair and re install her existing subflooring due to it being unlevel etc. She declined our suggestions because of a limited project budget. We have recently offered to pull up her new flooring that she picked out and purchased and put in new flooring free of charge. But again she declined because she didn't want to pay for a new subfloor that was very much needed. This review and situation is very upsetting to us. We do not take any situation lightly and have no problem rectifying if the request is realistic and fair. If you please review our many other reviews you will see they are 5 Stars and speak about our company in the most honest way. I would to add that We also have been awarded Service Pro of the year for 3 consequtive years with Angys List
