Very bad. Overpaid for lousy, incomplete work. Was charged extra for ordinary work. Endless delays. Very undisciplined and dishonest. Unprofessional, yet stubbornly self-righteous. The laborer moved in using free heat and kept extending the deadline. I had to evict them from my apartment, and they had the nerve to ask for extra payments for unexpected hardships.. they had to skim coat a ceiling with joint compound. Never hire this company. They are crooks.

Dear [Member Name Removed] I do apologize for your dissatisfaction with my companies work. As for saying that you had to Evict my employee that is a false statement. My employee diligently stayed over night to work through because of the pressure to finish within an untouchable deadline that was needed to continue income for your property. I strongly feel that my guys went over and above to repair the extensive damages to your property in addition to doing excess detail work at no additional charge to you. You wanted the job to be done quickly so that you wouldn't lose any additional money, but the other tenants brought the years of neglect on this property to our attention we tried to help but the budget that was allotted couldn't even come close to the repairs that were needed. This property, if reported to the board of health would surely be condemned. As stated upon our completion, if I could help in any other ways I would try to work with you. Thank you, Sincerely Jody
