Excellent communications prior to sealing the deal and during work. The workers were experienced and thorough; amazingly quick. All around a very good experience and love the finished product. We demolished a 12 year old deck and dug up part of a concrete patio and pool surround and replaced with pavers with three sizes in a random pattern Now the back yard looks like new!

I spoke to Brad Crist about mowing my lawn, and he assured me that he would mow it on Thursday or Friday while I was out of town. When I returned my grass was tall and had not been mowed. I called Brad again to mow, he told me he was sorry and was behind on mowing because of rain, but he mow me next. He did not mow my lawn again. I called his office, and I was told that SBC would mow my yard today. I waited, once again he did not mow and would not answer my calls. This is the worst service I have ever experienced. There is no reason to lie to a customer to a customer over and over.

Large patio paver project with 3 separate door steps/landings. SBC had best ideas, plan, response and eventual execution of the 4 bidders. Honest contractor!

Great price quoted based on pavers they had in inventory. Completed the job quickly and quality was good. Two gaps between stones in retaining wall - not sure why. Maybe drainage????? Dry well not what we discussed.
