Everyone at SBC was great. Mike was our initial contact and at our first meeting he listened carefully to what we were looking for, then came back with a design that was pretty much exactly what we had envisioned. After getting other quotes and a few months of revisions to bring the price down to meet our budget, we decided to go with SBC and couldn’t be happier with the result. Brad, the owner, and Steve, the project manager, were both very responsive and committed to making sure we were happy and that the quality of the work was up to their standards (and ours). Finally, the workers were awesome. They were very hard working and obviously proud of doing high quality work. That pride and work ethic definitely shows in the final result. Our new patio is beautiful and exactly what we were hoping for when we started planning to redo our patio. Total strangers driving by our house have stopped their cars to comment on how beautiful the patio is and ask who the contractor was. Honestly, we couldn’t be happier and would give them our highest recommendation without any reservation. There were a few hiccups along the way as would be expected with a project of this size but everyone at SBC was commited to doing everything they could to make it right and meet our expectations. In the end they hit the ball out of the park. I would give them 6 stars if I could.

I have used this company for 4 years,it took me a lot of phone calls to get in touch with someone after i did they informed me that they no longer do residential work.

Moving out of residential lawn care work was a hard choice as we had to leave behind many long-term relationships and regrettably communication with you fell short.
