In addition to my other 5 star ratings I would like to add a five star appreciation for the entire teams respect for the home owners comfort and wishes as well as pride in their work.

Rosell Home did an amazing job rebuilding my entire home (which had been gutted to the studs) after a fire. The original contractors on the project, were terrible. After several months of no progress, I hired Randy from Rosell Home to finish (really to start) the rebuild. It was the best decision I could have made. The experience was like night and day from the precious contractors. Rosell Home made sure all the permits were properly pulled, had great subcontractors, and made sure the construction was to code. (The previous contractors tried to get away with not bringing things to code, because it would be "too difficult"). The communication was fabulous, I knew when people would be working on my house, what the schedule was, and if there were unexpected issues, they always had proposals for solutions. When Rosell Home took over the reconstruction, they really seemed dedicated to getting me back in as soon as possible. Amber helped me with all the design selections which was critical. After a fire, the last thing you want to do is make decisions about finishes. Amber got a sense of my style and would pull out a few selections for me to look at and choose from. This massively reduced the stress of walking into a store full of tile, or paint, or flooring and being told to pick something. She worked with me to make sure I was happy. They also stood behind their work. During Covid, their normal subcontractors were not always available, and when the alternate subcontractors work was not up to their standards, they had the work redone. Including reinstalling the hardwood floor! Throughout the whole process it felt like they were working on my home, not just another construction site. I love my new house and am so happy with the work they did! If you hire Rosell Home, you will not be disappointed!

We are so glad we chose Randy and Amber Rosell for our major home remodel. They were so great to work with and everything was done professionally and very high quality. They have great relationships with all of their subcontractors and everyone worked as a team. We redid the entire house, removing walls to create an open modern space and we added a second story on our garage. Amber helps with all of the design decisions and provides wonderful choices but also leaves it up to you if you know what you want. I love my new kitchen and our now modern and updated home! I highly recommend Rosell for any job large or small. Our hardwood floors turned out amazing, along with the entire home remodel.

Rosell Home went beyond the scope of my expectations on the extensive remodel of my home. There were walls that needed to be removed for an open floor plan and all required city permits were scheduled and approved in a timely manner. They made recommendations that enhanced the end result and stayed within budget and their timeline.

Rosell Homes did a spectacular remodel of our home and new garage/office. Not only did they come in on time and on budget, but they worked directly with the architect and city planners to keep the project moving without lag. I highly recommend them to absolutely anyone. They were a pleasure to work with.

The price was fair and they were quick to respond to inquiries. Though they are very busy, they were able to get the job done within a couple weeks of initial contact.

Rosell's refreshed our house with new flooring and paint to put on the market. Looked like a new house. Easy to work with and would hire them again.

Three years ago we obtained three bids to replace two rooms which had carpet with hardwood and then refinish all of our hardwood floors. Rosell Hardwood was one of the bids. When we suddenly needed a professional company, as a result of a leaking refrigerator causing extensive damage to our kitchen floor, we immediately thought of Randy. We again obtained three bids and it was easy to see that Randy, and Amber, were the people we wanted to deal with. Not only were they very professional but Amber was willing to work with a vendor responsible for the damage on part of this extensive project. Randy and Cort were great to work with and it was so obvious that we hired the right company from the outset. Amber was totally up front regarding both costs and time frames to conclude the project with Randy's personal touch throughout making the difference between a nice floor and the masterpiece that he was able to deliver. This company is quite busy, because they do such an excellent job, however if you are so fortunate to work with them you will not regret it. Our hardwood floors are now a show piece. A superb company that we would highly recommend.

Randy's team did a really beautiful job replacing our old oak parquet flooring with walnut pre-finished wood. The result was just as I hoped it would be, and it took no longer than they projected. Not one delay!
