Zach set up a time and even got me into an earlier slot that had freed up. Was punctual, explained everything, got the job done, made useful recommendations, and did not try to do things that were not necessary. Overall an excellent experience. I will hire him again for more projects for sure. Highly recommend him.

After a disaster with another company we gave Zach a call. He rejuvenated our existing system, offering suggestions to upgrade and improve it. Such great results! We are moving shortly and will call on Rose City Backflow to help out at our new home.

Zach was very responsive when I first reached out and came out to take a look at our irrigation repair needs. He assessed the problem and then we set a date for the work to happen. Zach showed up that day and was able to repair the system rather than having to run a new line, coming in at less than what was initially discussed! Who does that? A previous contractor had incorrectly installed our irrigation controller. We did not trust him to correct the faulty work he did so we called Rose City. Rose City came out and immediately fixed the problem. Zach was right on time and was very knowledgeable about the problem we had. Cost was extremely reasonable. He will be our go-to guy for any future problems with our irrigation system.
