I interviewed several contractors before I found Ronny Snow on Home Advisor. He has all 5 star reviews and he earns them everyday. From our first appointment I knew Ronny would be our guy. He came in with a vision of updating and upgrading our pool and he delivered more than we had hope for. We could not be happier with our new pool.

We are happy with the whole remodeling experience. Ronny was very thorough with every aspect of the pool remodel. His crew was very professional and did a great job. The job was started when promised and finished in the time frame we were quoted. He was always available when we needed him or had a question, and any changes we wanted after the initial contract was signed were not a problem. I would highly recommend his company. We did a complete pool remodel with new tile, pool resurface and pavers.

After looking for a year, Ronny Snow was the ONLY one who would provide a clean white finish without the specs that look like algae to me. My pool is 53' long and cost was a concern. Ronny came back with exactly what I wanted for a great price. They even provide pool service for a few months afterward. Now I have clear blue water like in the Caribbean and my pool is gorgeous. All his technicians were great. Wouldn't go anywhere else.

We are so glad we found Pool Patrol! Ronny S. came to us offering ideas and samples to fit our budget. His price was lower than 2 competitors and so we hired him. He performed just as he promised and finished earlier than expected. He came to check on the workman while remodel was in progress and kept me apprised of what was happening and when it would be finished. We are very pleased with the final product and how the workman left the area spotless. We would highly recommend that you give Pool Patrol a try. Ronny is a man of his word.

Paid over 13,000 dollars for a complete pool renovation. Took way longer than promised as expected but that's not the worst of it. It took them 9 months to install a valve that would allow for me to backwash my pool. Had to spend the entire rainy season plus a hurricane using a bucket to empty my pool when the water got too high. Had a hayward omni pump installed and the owner himself who marketed the pump to me had no idea how to install or program it. It is supposed to run at a low speed to save you energy however they don't know how to get it to work. It is also supposed to automate 4 pool features and he doesn't even know how to get the pump to run. I had to pay a separate electrician to hook up my pool light to it because they couldn't figure it out. It is supposed to be warrantied for 3 years however I cant get them to answer my calls or texts. Also I paid 800 for 2 water features that disintegrated within a couple of months. They replaced one and I have been waiting over a year for the second to be replaced. I would not recommend this company to anyone. I hope this review saves someone the expense of trusting this company to do the work. The sad part is I waited to post this and gave them every opportunity to make things right.
