We needed a total pool resurface and contacted several companies. We immediately felt comfortable with this company and hired him to do the job. The pool had to be sand blasted and every precaution was taken to contain the mess. These guys even worked in the storms that we had at the end of August. Then they came to put in the new material. It was quite a project as itâ s a large pool. We truly enjoyed watching how the process happened. These guys took care of it as if it was their own pool including making certain that the step marker tiles (flip flops and palm trees) were seated exactly as we wanted them ad we LOVE the new LED light. We are so happy with the way it turned out. We would HIGHLY recommend this company for any type of pool job!

We are very pleased with the service we received. The customer service from the company went above and beyond our expectation. When we had questions, even on weekends, they replied immediately. It is our first pool so we had many questions. The workers were very knowledgable and shared their knowledge with the resurfacing process, the new pool systems and even pool cleaning. Ronny always came on site to check the work being done and made sure it was done right. I have already recommended this company to a friend who is inquiring future pool resurfacing.

Hired them for a MAJOR deck and pool remodel as well as completely new pool equipment install. Added several pool features. Anything that he didn't do directly (such as screen enclosure and outdoor kitchen build) he had the contacts to reach out to and hire myself. Work quality was excellent and I feel Ronny was honest in what would work and what was a waste. I feel his pricing was reasonable. COVID affected the rate of work a bit. Anything that was not done to my expectations was readily corrected. His main technician, Billy, is awesome to work with and is easy to communicate with. Sometimes Ronny took longer to return texts and emails but overall communicated well. If I had one complaint it was I feel Ronny had too many projects going on at once so at times his workers would be on other jobs having to leave mine for a few days at a time before returning to do more. Between Covid and this the project took about 6 weeks longer to complete than his original estimate. But I this also shows that his company has a lot of customers which made me confident I had hired someone reputable. Overall the company has excellent reviews. Now that the project is complete I have retained his service for pool maintenance and they are reliable and do a nice job with weekly service. Even though project complete anything I find that needs some attention is promptly resolved. Overall I am very happy with the way the project turned out and with Ronny and his crew. I would highly recommend him for any pool/deck renovation and for his weekly pool maintenance.

All of their employees were professional and obviously knew what they were doing. They were quick and effeciant, but not to take away from the excellent workmanship. We recommend them to anyone looking to revitalize their pool. Call them for an honest estimate.

I can t say enough about everyone that I dealt with at Pool Patrol for my pool resurfacing and light fixture replacement. I knew everything that was happening start to finish and the job was completed quickly and professionally. My pool has never looked better. Would highly recommend!!
