Did a real good job, and fast!

We had our pool resurfaced in September. Everything went as planned. We now have a great looking pool. Our pool is 17 years old so the pool tiles were looking dingy, they put a new coat of grout on them and they look brand new. We had black algae on the walls. A new surface took care of that. We are very happy to have a new pool and 6 months of pool service.

I could not have asked for a better service experience. The Honesty and Integrity demonstrated by Ronny and his team was refreshing. Everything I was promised was delivered. There were no surprises. I am extremely happy with the overall experience and would clearly recommend Ronny’s Pool Patrol to family and friends.

Bad experience. -10....the workmanship is the age of 2 year old. Don't use them. Never repaired my tile work. Owner denied knowing but he was willing to take over 10k. From me. Anybody knows a good tile person let me know.. Angie Berkey (Email Redacted)

First, Mr. Snow was very responsive initially to come for a quote but once I agreed to contract with him communications and engagement beyond our first meeting were unacceptable. He failed to respond to correspondence in a timely manner and failed to address issues. His crew damaged the door screen in my pool cage and although brought to his attention more than once he never acknowledged my concern. Secondly, his web site says all crew are employees per below quote on his website. ?Our fully licensed and insured team comprises in-house employees, allowing us to maintain strict control over all aspects of our services, from initial consultation to final inspection.? This isn?t true and he contracted the bulk of the work to a subcontractor, Wood?s Pool Plastering LLC. Luckily they did a good job and their owner was on-site supporting the work. More than could be said for Mr. Snow who provided little to no follow up. I would not recommend him.

This company needs to keep a review comment reply out of my family health issues and stick to WHAT HE doesn't know. POOL REMODELING!!! I was never happy with your workmanship. I should have retain legal advice.

We made an appointment with Ronny for our pool resurfacing. He explained everything that his quote included and answered all our questions. His crew came in, did a good job and the pool is looking very nice now! They were done in about 3 days. Then Billy came for 3 chlorine applications before we switched to the salt system. I recommend them.

Worse job !!!! Please, please do not make the same 10,000$ mistake I did. Find a reputable pool company. They Used amateurs for tile work. The floor is so ruff it will cut up your feet if you do not wear shoes... Not to enjoyable...

Poor workmanship all around. Don't hire incompetent and rude people. Four years to come out and see and didn't remember anything or any of my complaints.

Ronnie Snows people were very nice and did good work. We had pool resurfaced and tiled. Also new pump and filter and deck painted. They even had some suggestions that we hadn't even thought about. They were here everyday and didn't waste any time. They were very careful with their work and did an exceptional job. Pool looks great very pleased with their work.
