EDIT: 4-12-2021 Ronny reached out to me and explained that they had a new pool tech that was telling him he was taking care of this but was not. He indicated that tech is no longer part of their team and he sent Justin to assist in resolving remaining issues. Justin put in several hours of work and apologized profusely for the issues. He offered to provide 60 days of pool service. I greatly appreciate them trying to make things right and have adjusted my rating accordingly. ------------------ I guess they are done now? My experience with Ronny Snow’s Pool Patrol was very disappointing. My first impression from initial discussions was that they know what they are doing and use quality materials. The owner was very nice and very professional. They had to come back several times to repair some issues. They came back with no problem to find the solution.

Ronny is very professional. He actually ends all his calls with â We really appreciate your business â . I donâ t think I ever waited more than hour to hear back. The work was completed on time and my pool looks beautiful again. They resurfaced our pool and installed new tile. They actually run you through the whole start up process of getting your pool chemically balanced. This was not something I expected. Very much appreciated. Have dealt with the owner, the sales person, and the pool tech getting the water right from the start. Each of them was courteous and professional and communicative on everything I needed to know. A very pleasant experience in a field that is not necessarily known for positive experiences. Thanks

We selected Ronny Snow after interviewing a total of 5 companies. Our pool was completed last week and we are 100% satisfied with the results. We had the pool and hot tub rim re-tiled and the pool surface redone. Ronny was helpful with suggestions, timely with the work and responsive to all questions we had. His two crews, the tiling crew and the resurfacing crew, were both terrific. They kept to schedule, followed through with the work and were very professional all around. We will highly recommend him to anyone who inquires.

The company was fantastic. I highly recommend them for servicing and restoration. All of the workers were polite and extremely professional. After the pool restoration my pool looks brand new. All phases of the project were professionally completed and all work areas were cleaned. Ron and his crew completed all phases of the work in a timely manner.

Pool remodeling is a complicated project we discovered after hiring/firing one company before we found Ronny Snow. He and his crew have been a pleasure to work with but our project is not complete yet. I have confidence that the project will be completed on time and very well.

From first contact to post completion, Ronny's Pool Patrol was responsive, professional and attentive to detail. They even offered to replace my accent tiles free of charge to match the Azure blue finish. The job took place during our rainy season and yet the crew showed up on the days between rain to get the job done. There are many pool companies to choose from in the Tampa Bay area.
