We were very pleased with RTE. They made the entire process quick and painless! The estimator who came out was very on time, knowledgeable and friendly. We also like the fact that they took the time to determine where the best placement would be for the system, both the indoor and outdoor components. We LOVE that they use down-spouting outside instead of the standard pipe most companies use, it makes the radon system blend in a little better with the home. Better yet, they clean up after themselves, I didn't have to sweep, dust or mop after they were finished. Would absolutely recommend them to anyone! We will definitely be putting these guys on our "favorites" list.

We had RTE install a Radon Removal System. They are very knowledgeable and explained what Radon is and how the system works to remove it. They sent us a timely estimate and advised us how to set up a time suitable to us to perform the work. They showed up on time performed the work and cleaned up all the dirt. After they were finished, we were asked to inspect the area for their workmanship and cleanup. We are very pleased with their workmanship, attitude, and friendliness.

I was very pleased with the promptness and courteousness of the staff. I was told of all possible expenses that may incur upfront, so there were no hidden fees. I felt that they were slightly less expensive than their competitors, and I appreciated that they came out to my house to give me the quote opposed to doing it over the phone. I just felt slightly above and beyond what their competition was doing. Overall I am very pleased and would use this company again.
