Haven't had the product installed yet and I won't be able to answer your questions until another reading is taken. I would like to say that the service caller was "Bruce" and he was very informative, but I believe that radon is a joke. Unfortunately, I can't sell my home until the problem is fixed. Since radon is a gas, I can't tell if it still exists, without paying for another test.

On the telephone and, most importantly, in person, I found them professional and acceptable. I am uncomfortable having weird people in my house, but these guys were all right.
