    RTE came out to house to provide estimate and review job scope. Zeke our technician was polite, courteous and worked quickly and efficiently. Install was clean and neat, we're very happy.

    They responded very quickly to my request, came for a visit and gave me an estimate the same day!! Showed up on time scheduled and completed the installation in less than an hour (I have the pipes installed, just needed the fan system). They could do a better working cleaning after themselves. Overall very good job.

    After putting in the request with home advisor Zack contacted me same day request some information see if I wanted to schedule an on home walk through and estimate (they were the only company willing to come to the home). They explained the job in full and any possible additional labor was explained and quoted at that time. I had follow up questions which were handled by the office in a timely fashion and booked a 7 AM install the next week. Zeke arrived at 6:57 wearing appropriate PPE due to the Covid Crisis, walked the job with me and explained everything and made sure I didn't have any questions. He was quick and clean with his work and did a walk through again to make sure I understood what was done and was satisfied with the work. I wish every contractor was this reliable and trustworthy.     Installer was right on time and called 40 mins before arriving. Free estimate gave every detail and explained how and why the installation was done the way if the estimate. Work was done quickly and he cleaned up after work was completed
