My roof was leaking from multiple places. And the parapet wall was deteriorating. Mr Sam the contractor came and completed the job without any hassles. He is very professional at what he does and completed the work in timely manner. I explained him the problem and within matter of days he has completed the entire project. Would love to use this contractor again for future projects.

They did good work on my fallen brick area, and large bulging wall area repair like new. I just wish they were more thorough on their spot pointing.

The agreement was t have a combination of brownstoning where needed and cement repairs done elsewhere on the entrance facade of the building, then have the cement sealed with a brownstone exterior paint. the cement work was going well, then they started to cut corners and never did actual brownstoning (which costs more and was what we were paying more for). when I came home from work not only did I notice cement was used instead of brownstoning material in areas we agreed needed to be brownstoned, but the surface wasn't prepared to receive the cement properly (not chiseled to create a better bond ahead of time.) The work was done in November 2016, and is now completely cracked, and falling apart. We spent over 18 grand as a condo on these cement repairs on 2 facades. I sent the owner pictures and texts and he said this shouldn't happen (no kidding), and that he would look at it and get back to me. That was 3 weeks ago. I texted him again yesterday. No response. Now it looks like they aren't in business anymore( Business line not working) and were probably never BBB approved? I REQUEST THAT HOME ADVISOR CLEARLY STATES WHICH OF THIER CONTRACTORS ARE OR ARE NOT BBB APPROVED AND ADVISES CONSUMERS TO BE WARY OF THOSE WHIO ARE NOT!

They could have done a much better job if the did the small stuff. They left cement to harden on the ground, and on the brick itself. They dropped cement in my gutters and didn't do small spots of pointing. For what I paid, I should have been more on top of things, but life doesn't always go the way you want it to. They lost out on doing my sidewalk and driveway because of the sloppy work.
