Good work, good reliability. The storyline changed a bit in process about when exactly the work was to get done, but that's the nature of managing projects. The workmanship was solid, they did what they said they would do, and everyone was easy to work with.

I had MRS come out to look at fixing my brick work after a another contractor messed up the front of my house. They came out and gave suggestions on how to fix the issue which none of the other two contractors that I had come out from home advisors did. The price was reasonable but the work is the best I love my house again.

Positive initial experience which rapidly deteriorated as work progressed. Positives - friendly owner who tried, at least initially, to resolve problems right away. Negatives - work ethic and quality. I had to supervise and hustle them to fix walls and then re-inspect them. Didnt finish job when they said they did but did come back first time. Well, almost there but upon last attempt they damaged existing stucco and for the past 2 weeks Ive been waiting for them to fix that. Overall, they did okay job after Ive pointed all of the shortcomings but I found them to be very unprofessional hence low ratings.

RMZ contractor was very knowledgeable and was patient in his explanation of the work required. I needed exterior stucco repairs. He was very prompt in responding to my request for service. RMZ workers performed quality work and the price was competitive. I would use RMZ again for future work on my 2-family house.
