"Tino was professional, reliable (he and the crew not only arrived on time, but contacted me via text to let me know when they were to arrive or if they needed to come the next day due to rain). And every step of the way he kept me in the loop by taking pictures of the roof/plywood to show me how badly it was in need of replacement. The work was done in a timely fashion, and the guys did a great job cleaning up the yard, to make sure that no pieces of metal/nails and so on was left that could hurt my dogs. They were also very respectful about not hurting my roses or my bushes. When it came time to put on the snow and ice shield, they went the extra mile by putting 3 feet instead of 2, which is the code. The price he quoted was more than reasonable, so all in all, I would use Tino again in a heartbeat!"

"A big piece of siding fell off my house. Edison came out to give me an estimate to repair it. He told me he could replace it cheaply and just patch things up, which he was willing to do, but he explained to me that there was a hole where water was getting in and that all of the wood was rotten and needed to be replaced, which was a pretty big job and quite expensive. I wanted to be sure that he wasn't trying to overcharge me so I got three other companies to give me estimates and they all wanted to charge me a lot more for a less complete job. So I hired Edison's company (American Residential Construction). He communicated with me every step of the way, sending me photos of what needed to be done and the final result. He was always punctual. They left the area cleaner than it was than when they started the job. He even vacuumed my basement, because that's where they were bringing the materials in and out. Edison found an issue on the roof and fixed that as well, without charging me extra. I feel confident that the job was well done and that I wasn't overcharged. Edison and his crew are professional, trustworthy, and extremely reliable. I highly recommend them."
