They were very accommodating and willing to use my old pavers. All the workers were polite and professional. Their price was very competitive and didnt change from what was quoted. "Kris from Paradigm is absolutely phenomenal!!! I only have good things to say and I would 100% recommend him and his team. From everyone who came over to give me a quote, he was the nicest, most honest, patient and knowledgeable. He addressed all my concerns and made me feel at ease. I was looking for someone to paint over my whole apartment, remove the rust from my balcony rails and paint them over, as well as regrout my really old balcony tiles. Kris gave me a very reasonable quote, was very dedicated to my project and seemed to really care. He took his time to help me pick out the right colors and answer all my questions and follow ups. He got to work within the same week and during the process he kept me updated with pictures and would always respond to my texts/calls with detailed answers! I am very happy with the work he did to make my apartment look brand new! Kris is the best and I would definitely hire him again for any future projects!!"

"Zamir, the owner has done many jobs in the bushwick area. He knows what he is doing. I asked him to patch up a gap in my exterior brick wall where previously there was an air conditioner sticking outside of the home. He found a brick that matched my homeâ s exterior by 95% so I gave him the ok to go ahead and patch it up. He came quickly a few days later and did it the job within an hour and al the bricks were level. I plan on using him again for future exterior jobs."

"Micheal was timely when he met with us to go over the work that we wanted to get done. A brick wall to give us privacy in the back of the house with a strip of paved flooring for our new outdoor grill and cabinets, front steps and paved pathway to the front entrance of the house. He was so patient and came up with a lot of great ideas such as adding out door multi color led strip lighting around the new wall and garage. Which adds a wonderful ambience to our outdoor entertaining. The price was fair and Micheal and his team were professional, worked precise and they take Pride in their Craft. We’re looking forward to our next project. Will Definitely recommend."

"I had brick work done with an air conditioner sleeve installation including removing the old AC. I also asked for rigid foam insulation behind the brick. They had no problem working out the design with me to my specs. The bricklayer is a master craftsman and somehow he matched the bricks to my old bricks from the 1940s. I will be hiring them again. I got other quotes from other companies, but I chose Reliance because of their professionalism (calling and texting back and coming to see the job on time) even though there were other cheaper quotes. You get what you pay for is a lesson I learned the hard way. Thanks Reliance for a job well done!"
