Provisional Maintenance

When Nick arrived to give me a quote he told me exactly what the chimney needed and what the repair would entail. Nick wrote out the quote and handed it to me. I told him I would be getting two other quotes and Zi would get back to him. He encouraged me to do so and said that s exactly what I m supposed to do. When the second company came to give me a quote, they asked me who gave me my first quote and I showed him The name of Nick s Company. The competitor immediately said, that company has a good reputation out here and he does great work! I thought if a competitor came right out and said that about Nick, he s got my job. I called Nick and told him he had the job before I received the competitor s quote and I am more then pleased with his work. . Nick did a great job on my chimney repair. He called a head to set the date and time accommodating for my schedule. He was prompt and very professional. Completed the job in the time he said he would. While on the roof he noticed my gutters were full. I told him yes I know and that I m calling someone now to pay to clean them out for me. Nick told me he will clean them out and I better not call anyone. He not only cleaned them out he hosed them down making sure nothing was clogged. This is the kind of person Nick is. I will highly recommend Nick to my family and friends. Just gave his card to my neighbor. Definitely a five star business!

Nick came out promptly and repaired my roof. He could have recommended a new roof but felt it wasn t needed. Some contractors would have tried to get me to purchase a new roofi.

Our chimney needed repair. Nick came out right away, and repaired some other problems he saw on the roof. Excellent work, excellent service!

I hired Nick (Public Service Maintenance) to repair my roof. Shingles had blown off in high winds. I had other people come out to give me an estimate and they gave me estimates to replace the entire roof. Nick was the only one who actually went up on the roof to check it out before he gave me his recommendation. He told me I had at least 5 more years left on this roof. He repaired the damage, he cleaned moss off the roof, he put a cap on my chimney after repairing loose bricks, new flashing, sealed the bathroom vent and even filled in gaps in my stone foundation for me. I'm very pleased with the work, efficiency, timeliness of his work but most of all I appreciate his honesty and his concern that I was presented with all options so I could make an informed decision.

Great job installing missing flashing, replacing shingles. No more water infiltration. Very accommodating with my schedule to get the work done. Would definitely work with Nick and his guys again!

They came quickly to assess the job and gave a quote that day which included some additional work that needed to be done. Once hired, they were able to start work within a couple days and completed the job very quickly. Since then, they've followed up, and will continue to over the coming weeks/months, to ensure the job is holding up. Great customer service.
