They went above and beyond the scope of work we agreed on without asking for anything in return. He cleaned our gutters while he was on the roof without us even asking, and took the time to point out a potential issue he noticed with our new furnace exhaust that he saw while cleaning out the ash trap in the basement. Great work - highly recommend.

It was a pleasure to deal with Nick especially after getting the run around by two other companies on Angiâ s list. Nick showed up on time, he was personable and did a through inspection of our chimney. He went over his findings and plans with my husband in great detail. He wrote up an estimate with guarantees listed at a reasonable rate! We scheduled the work to be done (again he showed up on time!) The work was to our satisfaction, in fact Nick went above and beyond our expectations! I would gladly recommend Public Service Maintenance to anyone needing chimney work done!!
