It was Sunday and it was an emergency. The awning above our garage door was falling off. It would've been a disaster. We averted a disaster because of Progressive Renovation. I highly recommend them. They finished the job in one day.

Progressive was initially contracted to reset 3 blue stones on front steps. Mel came started working and we soon discovered that the underlying structure was falling apart due to previous poor construction and water leaking. Mel and his team of professionals demolished (Mel did himself), then cleaned up and totally rebuilt the front steps. They also had to install a footing which was never done. I found them to be very professional and easy to deal with. Mel is very personable, his mason (donâ t know his name) was excellent and â foremanâ Mike who was responsible for finishing the job was meticulous.

Mel and his team replaced my side patio and determined my steps and platform had no footings. They were able to give me an estimate and complete an unscheduled project in a professional and timely manner. I would highly recommend Progressive Renovations.

Sam and his team were amazing. They were able to repair my front porch without replacing it. They went above and beyond. Price was good, work quality excellent, everything cleaned up, friendly and knowledgable. Timing impeccable, estimate given one day and porch repair the next day. I am hiring Sam and his team for more projects.

Sam and his team were hired to repair/replace a concrete and tile patio after removal of an underground oil tank at my residence They began work promptly one day after the tank excavation had completed and within 2 days my patio had been fully rebuilt. Sam took meticulous care in ensuring the brick was matched to the original color and counseled me in choosing a bluestone surface which turned out stunning. His crew arrived promptly and put in two full days- a point which sounds like it should be a given but having had a very dissimilar experience with a previous contractor , this was a welcome change. The work was well done and they made sure to cleanup the area leaving it very presentable. I am very pleased with the outcome and end to end experience. Sam provided timelines and commitments and stuck to them. He earned my trust. I have already decided to have Progressive replace my roof in coming days.

Sam and his team were amazing. Sam came right when I called him to give a more than reasonable quote and he stood by it the whole way. His team came in and in two days created a beautiful patio for my backyard. I would not want any other company to install a patio for me. They are great and besides there great professionalism they are so knowledgeable and friendly people. They made my backyard look amazing and now we can host parties and barbecues.
