Sam and his trusty crew provided us with consummate and professional service, advice, and support in the face of a truly large project. I thank Sam, especially, for organizing the project well and being onsite when most of the work was done. Project leaders don't always get their elbows in the muck, but Sam worked tirelessly alongside his crew. Well done. As for the work itself, I now have a completely new concrete driveway, a new concrete alleyway, and a beautifully restructured set of steps leading to my basement. All three had been eyesores and, in the case of the basement steps, a point of concern for safety. I can now walk and drive without fear and with a sense of pride. Overall, I am pleased with the quality of the work and will call upon Sam and his colleagues from Progressive again when I decide upon the next home project requiring my attention.

The office told me I would get a call 30 minutes before the contractor arrived, but received no call. He did arrive within the 2-hour window and was prepared to do the job right then. He started to put the ladder up while still under eaves, so the ladder scraped the soffit and left scuff marks. He cleared my gutters and walked around the house with a garbage bag to collect all the debris that had come off the roof and gutters. For $125 and his thoroughness, I can live with the scuff marks.

Kept initial appointment, quoted an agreeable price, never received a written estimate, did not show as scheduled, rescheduled, did not keep that appointment, appeared without noticed & completed the work, never received a bill & requested I leave cash under a mat for him to retrieve at his convenience. Have not heard from him since.
