Sam and his crew did excellent work installing my walkway and backyard patio. He was great with his communication. I live far from where the project took place, and he made sure to send me pictures and stay in contact to make sure everything was moving in the right direction. They did the whole job very quickly and cleaned up very well afterward. Thank you, Sam!

Sam and his crew were so professional, courteous and respectful. I hired them to repair my front concrete steps. Sam quoted a reasonable price to install limestone, concrete, and place bricks all around the steps. I love my steps. The workmanship is so neat and the clean up was a wonderful touch. The attention to detail and efficiency was impressive. I will most definitely be using Professional Renovations for my future projects.

Sam was our project manager for our back porch and side walkway project. He gave us the best price to lay down concrete for this project. Sam convinced us to go with the Cambridge pavers instead for a very small markup from doing it initially with all concrete. Sam showed us pictures of their work on his ipad and we were amazed at the quality. We had concrete masonry work done by another contractor previously for our front steps and the back steps but we weren't happy with their quality of work or the lack of skilled workers. They were basically day laborers. The Progressive Renovation workers were definitely skilled and experienced in masonry and paving work. I can't say enough about this company. They were excellent and my wife and I would strongly recommend them as the best we ever came across for masonry and paving work. Our project actually consisted of 2 projects. The first project for our back porch and side walkway of the house. We were blown away as it looked incredibly better and sleeker. Then Sam suggested as a second project to re-do the front steps of the house and the front walkway and to extend the back porch. We weren't even thinking of that but we were so happy with their work on the first project and at the price he offered that we went ahead with it. Even though we didn't have the budget for the second project, we went ahead with it as Sam suggested we can charge half of it on our credit card and pay the rest by check when the job is complete. You won't regret doing business with this company.

Very good team work , very professional work , very neat and organizer job , the final work was so beautiful, good attitude and very good prices , very affordable , I highly recommend this company , also I call them again for another protect .

Vladimir was our technician. He was knowledgeable, thorough, and polite. He repaired 1 and replaced 1 side walk 4'x4' cement sidewalk squares. It was obvious that he knew what he was doing and rather quick too. Would gladly have him back again. Did exactly what he said he would do. Thanks.

Vladimir was the person who came to check out the job and give me a quote. I needed a metal lining for for a natural gas flue... He was knowledgable about the project i needed and while he is a bit enthusiastic he delivered exactly what he said he would deliver.... He came to the house the day of the job with several very nice workers to accomplish what he said he would do. The gentleman and Vladimire worked well together and were very pleasant to be around.

Sam and his team did a beautiful job repairing the stairs in front of the house, building a low wall for landscaping the front yard, and repairing the same kind of wall in the back. My neighbors saw what they did and hired them for their project, too! We love our new brick work and would recommend them to anyone! They were also so fast, professional, and really nice.
