Remote virus/cleaning work took longer than expected (slow connection & heavy hacker intrusion, not David's fault), but David kept at it until he finished at midnight, showing real dedication to getting the job done. Price remained the same. I will definitely ask for him in the future.

I have been a customer of the Geek Squad through Best Buy for 5 years. When I went through several home visits from their techs and nothing improved, I finally decided to begin looking for a new trusted IT expert. Pro-Tech performed a complete system optimization, discovered very dangerous hacked areas within my laptop, and completely changed my laptop into an efficient and quick computer. It operates better now than when I first purchased it. David is amazing and easy to work with. He's definitely my "go to guy" from now on. Thank you David!

Was having problems with my Dell laptop. I found ProTech thru After checking it out for me (and determining it was on its last legs), David recommended I get a new laptop (which I did). He got everything set up for me and even connected my Echo Dot for me. I was impressed with his professionalism and expertise. I decided to sign up for the quarterly maintenance plan.

Gave me options on repairs that excluded things I asked about but he honestly said I didn't need. That turned out to be true and it saved me money. Fast, dependable, reasonably priced computer fix, which is what I was looking for. He also did extra stuff like clean my dirty machine. Completely satisfied.
