Very professional! Came right out and got right to work. Took my laptop apart made several checks. Unfortunately, after checking the battery, memory, and connections he verified that the motherboard was fried and he couldn't fix it. Because of that he didn't charge me anything.

David is a pro from the start! He came to fix what I thought was a glitch in my upgrade to Windows 10 and a revert back to 8.1. It was so much more! He showed me that my whole computer had been hacked. He explained everything he did and why he did it. He took the time to get the required elements to give me back my fully functioning and hack-free computer. I am sold on this company! He is trustworthy and fair--a good man and a good company! You won't be disappointed!

David got here very quickly after a month of failed troubleshooting by another company. Trouble shooting turned into replacing both computer and monitor for the second time in 30 days. He built a computer for me that, thus far, has been very good. Getting my data transferred was challenging and is not yet perfect. I have signed up for his remote services which is great because he does not have to be here to address my issues. I thought his charges for labor were very reasonable and the hardware was decent. I am still waiting for some help in getting my Outlook and Calendar in my preferred format, but I have faith that David will come through. He is an intelligent and well-mannered technician who does take the time to explain what he is doing. I am a tough grader, and I highly recommend him.
