David fixed my computer. The only negative is that it was pretty expensive--I could have bought a new computer for the cost of the service. He was a great guy, he knew his stuff, and he was very helpful.

Thank you very much! I am sorry that it costed a little extra ! Unfortunately the hard drive was bad and it was upgraded to digital hard drive and all the data was recovered, The system was hacked and many viruses and Malicious programs were on the pc! New software had to be installed to clean it up! Most of what was paid was hardware cost, I know a new cheap computer could cost $500 or less, but that doesnt mean you would have been able to get your data back with a digital hard drive and two security software! The computer was functioning better than a new computer after it was fixed. Thanks

David is a first-rate pro. Goes the extra mile (picked up and dropped off PC). Found both hardware and software problems and took care of it. Very helpful, obviously well-trained and knowledgeable. If you need computer help, you may pay more but won't get better service.

I contacted David with an urgent issue and he came by the next morning. David was professional, polite and friendly. He went above and beyond the charges to make sure my problem was fixed and I understood what he did to correct the issue. I will only hire David going forward with any other issues we have and have already scheduled another visit for more work for him. I would highly recommend to others.
