David K. stayed for hours transferring my files from a broken computer. He spent 30 minutes talking to Apple support trying to retrieve my passwords. He stayed until he knew that I could operate my computer. He had an apple set up that I bought, and it works well. I would recommend him for any computer work. He is patient, polite, and knows computers. He has a support system if customers want to continue with his service. I am glad to know that I have his number and can call when I need help.

Our computer was damaged in a power outage. We called Pro-Tech and it was repaired in 24 hours. They found some other problems and fixed them too. The computer is running like new. Great service, very knowledgeable.
