I hired the firm to do some mudjacking. They started the job then ran into a technical difficulty. The crew did not come back to my house for several days and I had to call to find out when and if the job would be completed. The supervisor complained to ME about how my mudjacking order had been more difficult than they had expected; it had caused them to damage some equipment that then had to be repaired. The nerve. They bid on the work and offered to do it. They came back to finish the work and did a poor job of it. The concrete now looks worse than before they did the mudjacking. Slow service. High prices. Sloppy work. Never again.

They were very professional people. The men doing the work were friendly. They did not smoke or say any cuss words while in our home. They worked together like they were the best of friends and knew what was expected of each other. We have told others about them and to contact Pro Basement if they need any work done.

The work so far seems to have been done very professionally. Once the work was complete, we have not heard from them at all, as they had stated there would be followup. Other than that, so far, no water in our basement, so we'll see in the long term. Rhonda M

Moved our scheduled date from 12/15 to 12/12 due to expected inclement weather. This was a heavily scheduled time of year for ProFoundation but they squeezed us in the schedule. Looks good; the stoop is level and the cracked sidewalk is fixed - just in time for the holidays. Thanks!

Have to rate them first rate! Salesman was very knowledgable and friendly... Workers came to the house, setup and completed the house in no time at all!! Very neat installation and I am happy with the results..
