I was not at home when the workmen arrived and did the work, but came home as they were pulling away from my house. An earlier appointment had canceled out on them so they moved my job up and decided they would do the job and collect later on. It was well done, they stopped and explained it all to me and I was satisfied with their explanation and the way the job looked. I wrote a check and felt comfortable with the entire project. Friendly and professional.

This is the most professional company I have ever worked with. When the President of the company comes to your house twice to ensure you are comfortable with the project, that means a lot.

These guys were very professional they were on time and preformed the service in the time they quoted. they even did a tremendous job of cleaning the area after they were done ,actually better than they found it.

Poor communication and customer service was lacking. Took over six weeks to get piers put in and then have them come back out for a void fill. I had to call them continuously and threaten to have someone else finish the job before they came back out to finish the project.

Came in a did what they said they would do. Seemed a little pricey but the cost and headaches of the water problem I chased for years trying to fix myself, pales in comparrison to what I paid to have this problem fixed. The 10 year warranty is added piece of mind. Overall pleased with the results.
