    The owner of Pro Carpet Care is definitely a "hands-on" business person. He called to verify that the crew had arrived and he spoke with the crew concerning some special instructions pertaining to our home (we had some issues related to a pet who had passed). We appreciate that the owner had specialized knowledge concerning bacterial contamination and how to extract it. The carpets and furniture we had cleaned turned out very nicely, and we appreciate the crew took the time to explain to us how the process they were using would work and the results we could expect.

    They did a great job and charged a fair price. Showed up a little later than promised, after specifically asking us to schedule for an earlier time than we had originally requested. Would have appreciated a heads-up and ETA so we could re-plan our afternoon. But they did a terrific job and charged a fair price, would definitely use again.

    They had cleaning technicians available on short notice (there the next day). They were professional in the work done. My only complaints; I was told if the carpet was not heavily soiled it would be a different price. We discussed the cheaper price due to me leaving a rental. Upon arrival I was told I had to pay the higher price. Second, while cleaning the spiral staircase (heavily soiled) they sprayed water onto the floor below, soaking one of my moving boxes making it unusable.

    All customers are informed as to the possibility of additional charges if the carpets are in an extreme soil condition. We service numerous Property Management companies and landlords and do offer better rates.

    They are very thorough and Mike was extremely knowledgeable about germs and the cleaning. He explained everything very well. I had a very bad problem with pet odor when we moved in and it is completely gone now thanks to him. I would highly recommend him

    Great work on carpet and tile. Pet stains well taken care of. Now if one of the crew would have only taken my mom's dog with them that would have been great! Just kidding....sorta.
