"I have an older central air system that would not turn on. Nick came out and diagnosed the problem. He got my system up and running quickly; just in time for a heat wave. The problem was bigger than I hoped, but I gained confidence I was give correct advice about what needed to be done. Nick was knowledgeable and explained everything in an understandable way. He was friendly, on time, worked efficiently and did quality work, In addition to Nick, owner Rick reached out to make sure I understood everything and was a satisfied customer. I wish to point out Nick tried a less involved and less expensive fix that did not work. He essentially donated that time without charging for it. I appreciate that they tried to solve my problem in the most economical way possible. I highly recommend this firm and will use them again."
