They were in a big hurry. Talked me into cleaning stairway and it doesn't look any better. Did not get stains out of one area rug. Will have to have them come back to reclean. Area rugs were very wet for at least two days. Left water standing on tile all around the rugs.

I was quoted a price on the phone but was charged $ 70.00 more when they arrived. I would have cancelled but I was having my interior painted the next day. I'll never use them again.

Michael, We appreciate your feedback. When you scheduled your appointment, we provided your air duct cleaning price which did not change for the 6 vents cleaned. You added a condenser to be cleaned when the technician arrived which is what the additional charge was for. We appreciate your business and do hope to service you in the future. Kindest regards.

I hired them, I texted them several times for an estimate but didn't receive a response until I called. I called and was advised that they were charging 199 and they would call me before they arrived so I could be here. however I didn't get a call. Luckily, my schedule changed so i was home. They arrived 1/2 an hour early and were done in 1.5 hours. But the carpet is not clean when it dried even though they said they did a deep clean and it was kind of expensive. I will have to hire someone else to re-clean the carpet.
