"My wife and I were remodeling a 50 year old house with many outdated items. We originally hired Double Diamond to replace a kitchen sink that involved removal and reinstallation of tile. Rather than hiring a tile expert, a plumber and a handyman to do the work, we took a chance on Double Diamond. Their "can do" attitude gave us the confidence to hire them on other projects. Double Diamond proceeded to replace rotted exterior wood, install cook top and vent, repair outdoor plumbing, as well as replace patio cover. "Eric installed a shelf and coat hanger bar in a closet. I had a kit I purchased but it did not have all the parts necessary for install. He went to home depot to pick up the parts. He added the cost of the parts to the original estimate but did not charge extra for the trip. I appreciated it as I did not know what the job required. He is very punctual as well."

"Morgan was very friendly, never tried to over sell anything, showed me all of the options, such as solar screens, pet screens and prices were reasonable. Even if you have a tight budget or want something more expensive, Morgan had it. I replaced most of my two story house with solar screens and the back patio sliding door with a pet screen. He also helped me replace a window in one of my bedrooms that hasn’t worked since the day we moved in. Completed the project that day, except for the replacement window which needed to be ordered and worked nonstop to finish early. "Our replacement window project began almost a year ago. From companies that ghosted us to representitves that showed up smelling of the beer they had for breakfast this project seemed impossible to get off the ground. Everyone we spoke with had their own opinion on what we needed, from all new construction to all replacement to a combo of both. At about the time I was going to move on from this project I got a referral to Trident windows and doors. Troy and Peter came out together to assess our needs. The difference between them and everyone of the 10 other window companies that had out was noticeable immediately. We accepted their bid (6 windows, 3 doors) and waited for the windows to come in and installation to begin. The day they began started with the entire crew showing up on time and ready to go. They were polite and courteous and took care working around my house. This was a two day project, and after day one the job site was cleaner than it was when they arrived. When they say they clean the job site, they mean it! Day 2 went the same as day 1, with the job being completed exactly as described. We couldnâ t be happier with our new windows and doors, and the job done by Troy and his crew at Trident. The only problem is the new doors look so good we ended up ordering another one that we hadnâ t planned on replacing."
