Contractor was more interested in selling me a new water softner and filtration system for my 2 year old home than repairing my existing equipment. Why would he think I would agree to replace equipment that was not even 2 yrs old? I would not recommend this Company and will not hire him next year

Oh praise the Lord this is a review that most certainly hurts it's like a stab in the heart, taking advantage of people or lying is not a part of my character. This gentleman has taken my educational,info my warnings and recommendations totally out of context. I gave him a good fair price for filters under his sink and he wanted me to look at his GE water softener. And I did, I explained to him as I do with all people who have a water softener with only resin inside, how his resin will be bad in the next two to three years then I showed him the system that I would recommend in the future.eventually he will have to change his resin or replace

Wayne really knows his business and values his customers. He didn't try to sell me new equipment or services that I didn't need, instead, he repaired my existing system immediately and then taught me what I needed to know to use it and maintain it. I highly recommend Primary Solutions if you have a water treatment system that needs care.

Took the time to explain how the system worked instead of others who tried to tell me that all water purification systems are the same. I feel I got the best system for the least cost and it was installed very neatly. Wayne also showed me as he set the presets. If I change the carbon every 5 years the resin should not wear out like other systems where the carbon is mixed in with the resin. Other companies have a separate carbon filter but Wayne installed a system with a built in carbon filter. The warranty is also very good. Others had a lifetime warranty but you still have to pay for the labor each time they come out to replace the resin etc. I feel this is the best system on he market.

What sold me is the fact that Wayne isn't a salesman selling a specific brand. He was actually a technician that went out to people to fix and repair their systems. So he knows the machine from inside out and what it needs to run efficiently so it can last the longest. All my friends was impress on his installation work. Very clean and organized. I would recommend Wayne to everyone I know
