Fast response when I called, he explain everything to me and the installation was as the same as he told me, everything was outstanding. I am very happy with my system, about the price, I can say it's average with the market. I made three estimated but the approach whith this company was the best. I highly recomend this company.

Wayne Matthews of Primary Solutions Consulting is very knowledgeable and helpful in the presentation and installation of water treatment systems. I did research to find someone to provide us with a Water Softener/Conditioner for the water throughout our new house and a Water Purifier for drinking water in the kitchen under the sink. I have owned similar products in the past in other homes, so I was familiar with the products he presented to us. I chose this company over the others and was provided with high quality products and services at a fair price. I recommend him and his company highly.
