Wayne was very knowledgeable about the system he installed and the work performed was as quoted and professional. The only problem we had was with the initial visit when he didn't show the up for the scheduled appointment. I had to call him to find out why. He apologized for the missed appointment due to sickness and we rescheduled for another day. Highly recommended.
