Write a Review5 STAR service and support! I was blessed to find this company when I did. I had an old water softener go out on me that had no bypass installed to get water to my home. We had a new born at home and was desperate to get this repaired. I called Primary Solutions Consulting and happened to get the owner, and even calling after hours he drove over to our house in the late evening hour and bypassed our water to the house. Once we made the decision to replace the water softener they had it replaced within 48 hours time at an unbeatable price for the equipment and all the amazing service we have received from this company. Wayne the owner and his install team and technicians will go above and beyond to take care of your needs or issues! Take my word for it! Primary Solutions Consulting is not your average water softener company, they go above and beyond to make sure you are given the best price and quality service available. If you want the best call Primary Solutions Consulting
Very thorough no nonsense professional! Took time to explain each system and its pros and cons. My home wasnt ready for a system due to t he previous owners handiwork so he came in and corrected the issue to make it suitable and we are eternally grateful! His craftsmanship is impeccable and blessed! I would recommend this company without question!
Wayne is the best! Absolute professional and great service! The installation was quick and efficient. He recommended how to keep our system working efficiently and even followed up a week later to ensure we doing well with our silky soft water! :) That's GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE at it's best! Reliable, affordable, and worth every cent! If you have allergies or sensitive skin you have to get this system and ONLY trust Primary Solutions Consulting and Wayne to do it. He knows his stuff! Even if you have a huge house it and they will accommodate!
wow Larry God bless you brother that was a wonderful review I want to go do business with that guy LOL I appreciate you your attention to detail enjoy
Recommended neighbors, Wayne took extra precautions with my older house to professionally install a RO system. His team was kind and used hand sanitizer, gloves and cleaned up after themselves. They showed up 10 mins before schedule time and finished within 2 hours. I would recommend Wayne and his company to anyone looking for water systems.
Moved into a house to find that due to neglect and lack of maintenance, the water softener system was all but dead. Called companies in to give advice and all said that replacing the system was the best way forward (at the cost of thousands of dollars). I called up Wayne and he came by to review the system and gave the same prognosis but offered to dismantle and rebuild the water softener system. He has even developed his own special tools to do it, something no other company offered to do. After 3 months, the results from his work are still spectacular and only cost me a couple of hundred bucks when he could have easily taken thousands of dollars from me. Not only that, but he has also called/visited me regularly to check on the system, advised me on small changes to make to optimize it and even happily gave advice on the phone whenever I called him with a question or concern. I also asked that he update my reverse osmosis filter system in the kitchen. Although he admitted that the technology was old and needed replacing, he advised me to squeeze the last ounce of life from the system before calling him again later in the year to change it. I cannot rate Wayne and his work highly enough. He is knowledgeable, he has a passion for his work (something of a rarity in people these days) and he takes on the customers problem as his own personal problem. He will never lie to you as I see he has a conscience and fairness in the way he deals with business. He will be my go-to guy for all things water from now on.
I don't know what to say Daniel that review brought tears to my eyes thank you it is like you know me or you know the way I think it was pretty deep God bless you and thank you haha I'm a lost I'm at a loss for words that was a heart-felt review
I previously had a Rainsoft System. It used around a bag a month of Salt, maybe more. I would have to go out to the system and do a manual RE-GEN once or maybe twice a month with the Rainsoft System to keep my water soft. That was the instruction that I received from the Technician who installed it. Wayne told me that his system would use about 2 bags every six with my 5 grains of hardness. Since I've had a system for over 15 years, I was a little sceptical to say the least. I did not write a review until now, which is 3 years later. I cant believe it. Wayne was RIGHT ! I am only using about 4 bags a year. (Probably less than that because there is a few inches of salt in it when I added more each time. The coolest part is that I can now justify using Potassium because of how effecient the system uses it. Needless to say, I am very impressed with this System and even more impressed with Waynes Knowledge and expertise. He knows water treatment better than anyone I've ever seen. When I asked him about his education in the purification industry, he explained to me that he has to be recertified every three years through something called the WQA (Water Quality Assoc.) but he says his real value is his 25 years of hands on experience. Wayne says now that the system is three years old, It need a Carbon Change to protect the system and resin. With all the money that Im saving on salt (now Potassium) that easily covers the cost of having Wayne put in the new Carbon which he claims will protect my Resin. When I bought the system, Three years ago, he quoted me $250 to replace the carbon. I am more that delighted to report that even though its been 3 years, he did now go up on that price. To say that I am happy with this whole experience would be an understatement. Not only am I Protecting my Wife and 2 Daughters by giving them safe water, as well as protecting my faucets and Water Driven appliances and pipes, but Im saving money doing it. Thanks Wayne (My Water Company FOREVER) PS: I read Waynes one, 1 star review. God bless this guy, he is quite obviously Delusional. Wayne, Ignore that guy and keep up the GOOD, NO!! EXCEPTIONAL WORK !!!
My experience with Mr. Wayne Mathews was bad. He actually sold me an expensive solution without actually understanding or looking into the technical details of the problem I had. He comes across as very knowledgeable, but my conviction now is that it is just a sales speech!! The very expensive system he ended up installing didnt resolve, from my point of view, the problem I wanted taken care of. I used the system for 7 days expecting that it will start showing the promised improvements, but they never came. Apparently the salt-based softeners, like the one Wayne sold me, have a known effect of generating a slippery water feel that is very annoying and very similar to the effect of using hard water. When I contacted him to complaint about the situation, he didnt take it too well, arguing that it was my fault to have bought the system!! Additionally, I realized that he has no technical alternative to offer. If the system he sells doesnt fix your problem then you are done. Needless to say I want my money back!! I wish I had never contacted this gentleman. The whole experience was very negative and I feel like an idiot for having hired his services. If this review can prevent anyone else from making the same mistake, I will feel a bit better!!!
The evidence of the problem I'm having with this man is plain to see in the complaint that he wrote. He States that the slippery feeling in his water, is what indicates hard water. And I cannot get him to understand that he has it backwards. Soft water feels slippery, hard water feels dry pasty itchy.. the issue here is that I gave him several options and he chose my biggest and best water softener combination filter. but it turns out that he does not like soft water but he's telling me my system is not doing what it's supposed to do. But actually it's doing exactly what it's supposed to. I hope you're seeing this. this gentleman asked for soft water he's now got it but he thinks it's hard water, because he thinks the attributes of soft water are the attributes of hard water. This customer has a carbon filter in the Attic this is a very bad idea. This filter only takes out chemicals it is not a physical filter or a softer. I gave him several options not every option included soft water. And one of the biggest things was to move it outside . the water in his area is about 3 grains of hardness and lots of chlorine and chloramines and he has a tankless water heater so naturally I recommend a water softener / filter because my filter protects the water softener from the chemicals. When trying to solve his dilemma, I explained to him how his system is a multimedia system and we could eliminate the softening part until later on in the year when his water gets even harder but he is convinced I am a scammer and will not listen to anything. he thinks he has all the answers, when in reality he has everything backwards and confused. He made the mistake but he expects me to undo all this work give him his money back. this is not possible after giving him several options on March 21st including non softener options he contacted me via text and I have the records to prove it. saying quote you're right we do not have a softener let's add softer" he wanted me to do it outside, of course doing it outside was a big job digging ditches behind bushes running drains putting down blocks for the system to stand on. He asked me if I could still do it on Wednesday and I had to put it off till Thursday. So you see I did not approach him or pressured him to buy from me, he chose the biggest and best system I had and now he wants me to uninstall it, because he wants hard water. I showed him how the system can still work for him but he won't have it. so here is my first impossible customer here in the midst of my home advisor reviews warning the public about me. We probably could have worked something out. But he has a one-track mind and he thinks he knows things he does not. this is a sickening feeling for me. But I guess it had to happen sooner or later. May the good Lord bless you and thank you for listening
Wayne was professional and knowledgeable. He delivered exactly as promised.
