Wayne understood the problem with the water softener very quickly. He repaired the plumbing going into and coming out of the water softener. He also looked at another leak and diagnosed the problem. I would highly recommend him for water treatment systems problems around the house. Excellent !

Mr. Mathews is an exceptional plumber, with knowledge and understanding of both equipment and customer’s needs. He's very knowledgeable of the products and services he provides. His work was performance was above what was expected. Unlike many other contractors he kept the place clean and tidy, even the piping work was well arranged and clean.

Wayne Mathews did an excellent job of listening and understanding what I needed done, suggested an alternative routing of the drain piping that made the job much simplier and less expensive. He was very responsive initially and then folled up several days later to be sure the job was satisfactory. I would definitely use Primary Solutions again.

Plumber Wayne Mathews installed our whole house water purification system. He was very meticulous about each and every step of the installation. He cleaned up the site after he finished the job. Very well done. His charges were fair. Good plumbers are hard to find. I am glad we found him.
